Welcome to 2024, dearests! What are you dreaming into this year? Are there areas of your life that feel stuck where you’re longing for movement? Are your heart and your dreams needing more loving, attuned, responsive support?
One of the clear callings I’ve had from this collective time of new beginnings is to welcome in a few new Restorative Empathy clients this year. Is one of them you?
As I enter year twelve of offering this work, I know who best thrives in the healing container I hold:
- You are ready to step into the heart of what’s most alive for you.
- You long to experience and welcome your feelings and needs and sensations (even if that’s new to you).
- You want to cultivate love and warmth for all parts of yourself, and be freed from entrenched inner conflicts.
- You yearn to be lovingly supported through painful patterns and warmly accompanied in your unique complexities, contradictions, and expansiveness, so you can be more wholly and harmoniously you.
When you show up with these longings and vulnerabilities, all of me completely and effortlessly attunes to you, with all my trauma-informed radiant love and support and resonance. I’ve heard from many clients that this is a uniquely healing experience, to internalize this loving presence.
Our work together is, at heart, relational attachment repair—a chance to experience warm secure attachment that deepens over years, while you’re supported in healing whatever is standing between you and your longings and dreams. It’s not short-term work—the intention and strength of my offerings is to build a deep and loving connection, as we support you through layers and layers of healing and shedding and blooming.
My Restorative Empathy sessions are trauma-informed, spiritually and energetically intuitive, and politically oriented toward intersectional collective liberation. As you share your life with me, I sense into where your struggles can be eased, where your hopes can be supported, and where your experiences are being impacted by intergenerational epigenetic ancestral pains—because trauma and healing both have collective components often misunderstood as individual failures or struggles.
If this is the kind of support you’re wanting for your life, or you’re thinking of someone you love who you wish could be supported by me with weekly or biweekly sessions, you can message me here. I have space in my heart for you and your dreams.
Much love and empathy,
Angela
